1. Who we are
DEFCROS Brief is a defense and public-safety media property in the DEFCROS network, publishing video briefs, interviews, live coverage, and the DEFCROS Gateway technology directory. By using this site you agree to these terms.
2. Editorial content
Briefs, articles, and broadcasts are provided for information only. We work to be accurate and timely, but coverage is not professional, legal, procurement, or investment advice. Third-party names, programs, and products are referenced for reporting purposes.
3. Gateway accounts and listings
A free account is required to create a profile and publish listings. You are responsible for everything you post and confirm that you have the right to post it, that it is accurate, and that it does not disclose classified, export-controlled, or otherwise restricted information. DEFCROS does not verify claims unless a listing carries a DEFCROS-verified badge. We may edit, unpublish, or remove any profile or listing at our discretion, including for inaccuracy, spam, or misuse.
4. Your content licence
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant DEFCROS a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and promote that content across DEFCROS Brief, DEFCROS Gateway, DEFCROS events, and our social channels.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform: no unlawful content, malware, scraping at scale, credential sharing, impersonation, attempts to bypass access controls, or listings that misrepresent capability, ownership, or compliance status.
6. Sponsorship and advertising
Sponsorship packages are quoted in USD and confirmed by written agreement. Sponsored placements are labelled. Sponsorship does not buy editorial coverage or influence reporting.
7. Intellectual property
The DEFCROS and DEFCROS Brief names, logos, site design, and original editorial content are owned by DEFCROS. Don't reproduce them commercially without written permission.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, DEFCROS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, Gateway listings, or third-party links.
